E’appena arrivato l’anno nuovo bisogna festeggiare.. così essendo in ferie per la fermata natalizia ne approfitto per andare a farmi questa bella passeggiata… subito dopo pranzo, leggero, senza esagerare mi avvio in quel di Prabi per trovare l’attacco della ferrata parcheggio alla piscina che poi si trova facilmente subito sopra la zona di boulder camminando per  8-10 minuti. (zona Coel dell’Alpin)

La ferrata è semplice, è attrezzata da poco ed è molto bella…  non ci sono tratti particolarmente difficili e il paesaggio sulla valle del sarca non è niente male…  in circa un’oretta  la ferrata e l’avvicinamento sono terminati poi proseguo verso la croce seguendo i segnavia sulle roccette  dove mi fermo a fare (con l’autoscatto)  la foto… 

A questo punto considerando che le giornate in questo periodo sono ancora molto “corte” decido per il comodo rientro passando per la falesia Muro dell’Asino per poi passare sotto il Castello di Arco e ritornare alla macchina. (circa 35-40min)

Accesso alla falesia

Da Arco si seguono le indicazioni per Laghel, dietro al castello. Una volta arrivati alla chiesetta bianca sevi è posto parcheggiare (è una falesia con molta affluenza)
Poi piedi seguire un evidente sentiero che arriva fino alla croce del Monte Colodri. Seguire il sentiero per 20 minuti esu una curva del sentiero girare a sinistra per una traccia segnata da segnavia che vi porterà alla parete.

 

NOTE: le vie sono molto belle e facili, per questo adatte ai principianti e ai bambini. La zona è molto tranquilla e attrezzata con servizi igenici e tratti attrezzati. (placca)
La falesia è stata recentemente riattrezzata. Ora sono presenti circa 40 vie e un settore nuove dedicato ai più piccoli. Aree pic nic e wc. (che magari è meglio evitare)

 

 

Castello di Arco
Il castello di Arco, in cima all’imponente scoglio roccioso, è immediatamente visibile dalla strada, in mezzo alla piana del fiume Sarca, e domina la cittadina il cui centro antico cinge a semicerchio le pendici del colle.

 

 

	Il castello si compone di un nucleo superiore, fondato nel XII secolo, che occupa la sommità del dosso con una torre circondata da mura.
In basso il castello comprende un’altra possente torre, risalente anch’essa al XII secolo, con tre grandi finestre cinquecentesche aperte sul lato meridionale, e intorno apprestamenti difensivi.
